Alex Products, Inc. is the West Coast leader in the design, production and integration of modular aluminum
profiles and components. We have served primarily industrial automation customers from our super store
located in Orange, CA since 1992.
We carry over 10 miles of profiles in stock, with 2 automatic cut off saw lines for quick and
accurate cutting of your order. As a result, we do a large will call business and same day service is the
rule rather than the exception.
The Alex system is a true 3rd generation design. It is as compatible as it is modular.
It is the only system available that uses only ONE set of connectors. It compatible with
other 40mm based systems. This lets the machine builder eliminate wasted brackets, mis orders and concentrate
on the value building portion of his or her project.
Our conveyor series are particularly innovative. Special bed section profiles
use the same 8mm T slots and 40 mm format as the rest of our system. The new 60mm series
can be ordered two ways - conventionally constructed or truly modular – in 500 mm sections -
for extremely quick and easy re configuring – an industry first.
We haven’t forgotten about compatibility either. Whether you choose a belt or plastic chain
model - all use industry standard chains, belts, sprockets and motors for quick and easy replacement
Alex's Sister Company, Case Automation Corp., was established in 1986 and does system integration
